Where is the Learning in e-Learning?

This paper by Dr. Gary Woodill examines the state of instructional design in the e-Learning industry. It reviews the problems with e-Learning content, and questions the quality of online teaching today. In order to improve, the eLearning industry will need to take into account new understandings of learning, especially in regards to young adults. The end of the paper suggests some hopeful trends that may point the direction for improving the quality of online learning.
