It will be essential to have at least one team member who has the skills, training and knowledge to design and deliver eLearning courses that meet your organisation’s training needs.  By completing B Online Learning’s Master eLearning Course you can fill this gap. If your organisation does not already have eLearning tools and software, you will have the opportunity to undertake research on various authoring tools and LMS's as part of the course.  But for the duration of the course you will have access to our tools to enable you to develop and deliver your own course. You will also get to keep the course you develop to upload in any SCORM LMS or run from a link on your website or intranet.
