Thank you for the opportunity to enroll in the Master E-learning Course run by the B-online Learning Institute under Green Skills funding. It was a very worthwhile experience and I learned so much.

It was particularly interesting to covert my existing experience as a courseware designer and course facilitator to an on-line environment and to explore new options for delivery.  I feel better placed now to provide support and assistance to both RTOs and my corporate clients who are considering on-line delivery options.

I particular please pass on to Ruth McElhone, my Learning Coach, my appreciation of the contribution she made to my learning experience. Ruth was patient and encouraging and remained optimistic and helpful even when my motivation and enthusiasm was waning. Ruth provides the ideal role model and demonstrates best practice for facilitating e-learning. I wonder could I be ever be that patient.

I’m looking forward to growing my skills in e-learning as a result of participation in your program.
