Latest News eLearning for Centrelink

In late May 2009 B Online Learning (in partnership with E&S Saxton who are on the Centrelink Panel of Learning Providers) tendered for a Centrelink contract to develop 7 eLearning modules using Adobe Captivate 3, as part of the Customer Service Adviser Pathways Program.

Centrelink eLearningThe modules included:

  • Apply Interpersonal Skills
  • Discretionary Decision Making 
  • Encourage Commitment to Change
  • Change in the Centrelink Context
  • Professional Empathy
  • Non Judgmental Customer Service
  • Resilience and Self Care

The project was due for completion by 30th June 2009.  B Online Learning were awarded the contract and exceeded Centrelink's expectations. 
 
Centrelink offered this comment:
“We all want to say thank you so much for your patience, flexibility, creativity and can-do attitude in dealing with us.  It was an extremely short time-frame with very little structure and content provided to design and develop what we wanted from you.  Hopefully we will be able to work together again in the future as this was a wonderful opportunity for us to tap into your knowledge and design skills.”
