Yes, you are required to design, develop and deliver an eLearning course that meets your organisation's needs.  Upon completion of this course, the eLearning course that you have created will be ready for delivery in your organisation.  You will be able to deliver the course your develop via your SCORM compliant LMS or if you dont have an LMS throubh a weblink from your website or company intranet.
