I have recently completed the Master eLearning Course provided by B Online Learning. I have been training IT Software applications for the past 8 years.

I was wanting to update the way we provide training at Crown Equipment and enrolled to complete the course for understanding the methodologies, producing prototypes of courses and then actually develop and deliver the course. I was also interested in how I could develop courses faster without jeopardising the quality or information contained in the course.

The confidence I now have to move ahead and implement eLearning into the company I work for has been a great achievement for me. I was able to present my business case to the executives and produce a course that I developed during the Master eLearning Course which demonstrated the strengths and knowledge that I gained by completing the course. I was also given the green light to go straight ahead and purchase and implement eLearning into the company.

During the course, the support and guidance I received from the Learning Coach was exceptional. I always felt that I was on the right track in completing the modules and assignments, and when I would have a question, I would receive a response promptly and was able to continue my studies. The overall support from the B Online Learning during the completion of the course was outstanding. The course materials provided at the beginning of the course provide you with all the necessary information and contact details and is a one stop guide for participating in the course online. The Learning Coach was always available to answer my emails or take my phone calls and support and guide me during the Master eLearning Course.

I can now develop and deliver more courses using the eLearning solution compared to the manually written manuals and I also reach a greater number of uses across the Asia Pacific region which has increased my productivity with training.
