Yes you can.  You can use your own eLearning software ie Articulate, STT Trainer, Captivate, Lectora or take the opportunity to try Atlantic Link Content Point.  For the duration of your course you will be provided access to Atlantic Link to create your own eLearning course.  Remember, the course is about assessing your ability to design, develop and deliver eLearning efficiently and effectively, not about assessing your ability to use software.
