Having completed the units of competency for the Master eLearning Course (MEC) I would like to express my appreciation for all the support and guidance I received both from yourself, my learning coach, and the B Online Learning support staff.

The MEC required me to manage time and effort and I enjoyed learning via the very mediums that the eLearning course was instructing. I also noticed the assignment tasks were very much aligned with the course content challenging me to think critically, stretching my comfort zone to learn and complete tasks.

I found the Training Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Adult Learning Principles and Project Management topics particularly useful providing me with an excellent base from which to work in my vocational education and training endeavours.

As I work towards gaining my Diploma in Training and Assessment I feel confident that I have an excellent base from which to work and learn thanks to B Online Learning and the MEC.
